My focus is on preparing families for the physical and emotional twists and turns that birth may take with hands on coping tools and mindfulness techniques. I am there to support you in finding the choices that align with your needs and values in each moment. I work with families whose choices vary from home birth to planned cesarean, co-sleeping to sleep training.

My focus is on expanding the ideas of what birth and postpartum experiences may require of you, and assisting you in gathering the tools that help you to keep moving forward.

What is the cost of a Doula in LA?

Each package includes the following:

I include small group childbirth education workshops, a postpartum and lactation focused workshop, two private prenatal sessions, experienced support in labor including acupressure, counter-pressure, massage, hypnobirthing and optimal fetal positioning, emotional and physical support, and birth photos.

After birth, I stay to ensure that lactation and/or infant feeding sets off on the right foot, and then within the first week or two I offer an additional postpartum and lactation session. Weekly virtual postpartum circles and ongoing monthly in-person meetups are included, and the impact of this peer support can’t be overstated.

Doula Packages:

The Root Doula Package- $5,775

This offering provides foundational guidance and a steady touchpoint to help you feel grounded, prepared, and connected as you move toward birth and beyond. It includes all of the above.

The Descent Doula Package- $7,450

This offering weaves together holistic education, hands-on support and personalized postpartum care. It’s designed to help you move through pregnancy, birth and early parenthood feeling rooted, resourced and ready to meet what comes. Perfect for those who want a little more support after birth, it includes our basic offerings and also:

  • One lactation session 24-hours after birth

  • One nourishing postpartum meal delivery

  • Gentle infant sleep support

The Well Doula Package- $10,225

For parents who seek the ultimate focus on postpartum nourishment and maternal healing to help them move through this life-changing transition feeling deeply supported, seen and whole. This offering expands on the Descent Package to also include:

  • Three nourishing postpartum meals deliveries

  • Three postpartum visits with belly binding and herbal foot soak

  • Weekly Virtual postpartum support for 12 weeks
