Seasoned Birth and Postpartum Doula support in Los Angeles
I’ve recently teamed up with an aligned and experienced Los Angeles based birth and postpartum doula, Brana Ninkov. Together we are able to hold the needs of the families we work with more fully and show up fully rested.
Our focus is on preparing families for the physical and emotional twists and turns that birth may take with hands on coping tools and mindfulness techniques. We are there to support you in finding the choices that align with your needs and values in each moment. We work with families whose choices vary from home birth to planned cesarean, co-sleeping to sleep training.
Our focus is on expanding the ideas of what birth and postpartum experiences may require and on supporting each family’s unique needs and values.

What is the cost of a Doula in LA?
Each package includes the following:
We live our lives ready to join our clients at a moment’s notice for as long as they need our support over a five-week window. We both respond to questions and concerns as they arise in pregnancy via phone and email. We include small group childbirth education workshops, a postpartum and lactation education workshop, two private prenatal sessions, experienced support in labor including acupressure, counter-pressure, massage, hypnobirthing and optimal fetal positioning, emotional and physical support, and birth photos.
After birth, we stay for lactation and/or infant feeding support, and then within the first week or two we offer an additional postpartum and lactation session. Weekly virtual postpartum circles and ongoing monthly in-person meetups are included.

The Root Doula Package- $5,775
This offering provides foundational guidance and a steady touchpoint to help you feel grounded, prepared, and connected as you move toward birth and beyond. It includes all of the above.
The Descent Doula Package- $7,450
This offering weaves together holistic education, hands-on support and personalized postpartum care. It’s designed to help you move through pregnancy, birth and early parenthood feeling rooted, resourced and ready to meet what comes. Perfect for those who want a little more support after birth, it includes our basic offerings and also:
One lactation session 24-hours after birth
One nourishing postpartum meal delivery
Gentle infant sleep support
The Well Doula Package- $10,225
For parents who seek the ultimate focus on postpartum nourishment and maternal healing to help them move through this life-changing transition feeling deeply supported, seen and whole. This offering expands on the Descent Package to also include:
Three nourishing postpartum meals deliveries
Three postpartum visits with belly binding and foot bath
Weekly Virtual postpartum support for 12 weeks
